Velmere currently ships to eligible addresses in Canada. Availability for your delivery address is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping cost

Free Tracked Shipping: CAD $0.00 for eligible orders to Canada. There is no minimum purchase amount for this shipping option. Any taxes charged at checkout are shown before you place your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are generally prepared in 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, tracked transit to Canada is estimated at 5–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs procedures and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect timing.

We will assist with delayed or missing deliveries and honour any cancellation, refund or other rights required by applicable consumer law.

Tracking and delivery updates

Tracked shipping is included. When a parcel is dispatched and tracking is available, the relevant details will be sent using the contact information provided with your order. Tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.

Taxes, duties and other import charges

Applicable taxes collected by Velmere are shown during checkout. Our shipping partner has advised that no additional customs duties are expected under its current Canadian shipping service. Nevertheless, customs authorities or carriers may assess taxes, duties or brokerage fees that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance. Any such charges may depend on the destination and shipment. If you are unexpectedly asked to pay an additional charge on delivery, please contact us before paying so that we can investigate. Nothing here limits mandatory disclosure obligations or your consumer rights.

Shipping addresses and missing parcels

Please review your shipping address before confirming your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will try to assist, although an address change may not be possible after dispatch. For a missing, delayed or incorrectly delivered parcel, email us with your order number and details. Velmere remains responsible for its obligations as the seller.
