How do I choose a design?
La Classique offers a clean French look, Perle a soft pearl glaze, and Bordeaux a deep burgundy velvet effect. Compare the photos and shape and finish details on each product page.
How do I find my size?
Check the fitting information available for your chosen set. If you need measurements or help checking fit before ordering, contact us. We can help you check the details.
What is included with my set?
Check the confirmed contents on the product page. For a specific accessory or application requirement, contact us before ordering.
Application & Removal
How do I apply and remove my press-ons?
Follow the directions for your set and the attachment method you use. Don’t pull or force the nails off. Our routine guide explains the general preparation and fitting steps.
How should I store them?
Keep your press-ons in a clean, dry place between wears. Follow any care instructions provided with your set.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Velmere currently ships to eligible addresses in Canada. Free Tracked Shipping has no minimum purchase amount. Address eligibility and any applicable taxes are confirmed at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally prepared in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, tracked transit to Canada is estimated at 5–12 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs, holidays and carrier delays can affect timing. See our Shipping Policy.
How do I track or change my order?
When your parcel is dispatched and tracking is available, tracking details are sent using your order contact information. To request a change, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on the processing status and applicable rights.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an unopened set?
Our voluntary return offer allows requests within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers pay voluntary return shipping unless Velmere agrees otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy for the full terms.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number and a description. Photos can help. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under applicable law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Bundles & Discounts
Can I mix designs or choose the same one twice?
Yes. Select an available design for each slot in Le Duo or The Velmere Edit. You can repeat a design or mix different looks.
How are bundle savings applied?
Le Duo offers 10% off two eligible sets. The Velmere Edit offers 15% off three eligible sets. Shopify confirms the applicable discount and total in your bag. Offers do not stack with VELMERE10; check the discount shown before checkout.
